1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "you," or "your") and TrendShop ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the TrendShop website and the purchase of products available on it.

By browsing, registering an account, adding items to your cart, or completing a purchase on our Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the Site after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3 Eligibility

To use TrendShop and make purchases, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or placing an order.
• Not be barred from purchasing our products under any applicable laws or regulations.

5 Orders and Payment

When you place an order on TrendShop:

• Order confirmation: You will receive an email confirming your order details after checkout. This email constitutes an acknowledgment of receipt, not an acceptance of your order.
• Order acceptance: Your order is accepted and a contract is formed when we dispatch your item(s) and send you a shipping confirmation email.
• Payment processing: All payments are processed securely through PayPal. We accept PayPal balance, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express via the PayPal checkout platform.
• Payment authorization: By submitting your order, you authorize TrendShop and PayPal to charge the full order amount to your selected payment method.
• Order cancellation by us: We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or inability to verify payment. A full refund will be issued in such cases.
• Order cancellation by you: You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placement by contacting us at support@trendshop.com. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled — please use our return process instead.

6 Shipping and Delivery

• Estimated delivery times: We aim to deliver most orders within 7-14 business days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Shipping costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
• Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Tracking updates depend on the carrier and may not be available in all regions.
• Risk of loss: Risk of loss and damage to products passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided. We are not liable for loss or damage after delivery is confirmed.
• Incorrect addresses: TrendShop is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing checkout.
• Customs and import duties: International customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, import taxes, and fees charged by their country's customs authority.

7 Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy is as follows:

• Return window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
• Item condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.
• How to return: Contact us at support@trendshop.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.
• Return shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product, or damage during shipping).
• Refund processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• Non-returnable items: Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned after the 14-day window are not eligible for a refund.
• Defective items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

When using TrendShop, you agree NOT to:

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TrendShop and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

Maximum liability cap: In all cases, our maximum total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our Site shall not exceed the total order value you paid to TrendShop for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

12 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TrendShop and its officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms.

• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

13 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of TrendShop shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

14 Dispute Resolution

We prefer to resolve disputes amicably and efficiently. Please follow this process:

• Step 1 — Informal resolution: Before filing any formal claim, you must first contact us at support@trendshop.com and describe your dispute in detail. We will make good-faith efforts to resolve the matter within 30 days.
• Step 2 — Binding arbitration: If informal resolution fails, any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of TrendShop shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The arbitration shall take place in Delaware, USA, and the language of arbitration shall be English.
• Class action waiver: You agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be conducted on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
• Exceptions: Either party may seek emergency injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration.
